A cluttered inbox is the worst. I don't know about you, but I can't unsubscribe fast enough.
So it's always been and will always be my mission not to clutter your inbox.
In fact, I vow to send the kind of clutter-free wisdom that will help you declutter your inbox, your life, your relationships, your office, and your home.
How do I do this? Via my life's work to declutter minds. From books to courses to pep talks, I got you.
The mind holds the root of any and every clutter problem, so when you clean from the inside out, you can heal your life. You can transform your life. You can enlighten your life.
Despite the name, The Daily Declutter won't come out every day, but it will hand you the tools to help you live fearless and free every day.
Today's issue of TDD holds my favorite tip to send the mind some love. It's called the Mirror Test.
- Stand in front of a mirror, facing yourself straight on, eye to eye. It could be full body or just down to the torso.
- With no other noise but your own voice, tell yourself out loud, "I am enough."
- Say this over and over to yourself, looking into your own eyes, until you believe it. Pauses are encouraged.
- Once you FEEL that deep down agreement, that whispers "yes, you are enough," however fast or fleeting, you are done!
